Martin Osumba

Dr Martin Osumba is a public health physician with experience both in public service in Kenya and international health development. Has concentrated interest in Health Information Systems Strengthening with a focus of helping countries to adopt strategic approaches to investments in Health Information Systems. Is a recognized member for DHIS2 and health facility registries implementation experts in developing countries. Recently worked with WHO as a consultant, providing technical assistance to the MOHS to prepare for and conduct SARA+ survey, complete and develop and investment plan for the Sierra Leone HIS strategic plan and revitalize the DHIS2 adoption and rollout. Currently, a senior health informaticist with Research Triangle Institute (RTI)
